We are delighted with the letting of the recently refurbished 38 Seymour Street, a Grade II listed building, which provides 8,300 sq ft of highly bespoke contemporary office accommodation in the heart of the Portman Estate conservation area. The building was Portman Estate’ s Headquarters from 1950 until 2014. Following a 3-way pitch we were commissioned by the Portman Estate to provide a high quality pre-completion marketing campaign, including a brochure, technical pack, website and on-site presentation materials, in order to secure a letting.
